The cat is very fussy and ignores most presents, but she sat on this immediately and hardly moved from it. So I bought three more and spread them round the house.
A bit disappointing
I got this as it was a good price and from the description, I thought it would be good for one of my dogs, (the other already has a Flecta Quilt handed down from past dogs).
The top fabric of the Pad is lovely and soft. The reverse size is 'bobbled' to create a sort of non slip surface (like the sole of some little ballerina type slippers). The whole pad however is very thin. I do not believe that it would in any way be suitable,as the only base in a crate for any pet to lie on. They would feel the metal base of the cage through it. The pet would need a much thicker blanket etc to lie on, especially for a dog who is crated at night, or when home alone. It would be suitable for pets that are allowed on the furniture, or as a top cover to lie on in a comfy bed. (That is what I am doing with it for my petite Border Collie, Maisy.)
The pad measurements are not quite as described. The overall length is 21
