I bought an RAC dog guard 10 years ago and it lasted me well so I thought I would replace it with the same. I was disappointed with the replacement one because it definately is not of the same standard - the metal is weak and manufacture is cheap. T'is a shame because RAC have a good name and for them car safety is paramount - I guess like most industries they now import and this is evident in this product.

Not a bad item, would be more ideal for a car with a large boot. The boot in my hatchback (corsa) is too small as the legs of the guard take up too much room which made it difficult for my two staffies as they couldnt lie down properly. good buy tho for
