It is a good size, plenty of room for Archie to stretch out but it's not as luxurious as the description says it is. It's slightly padded so will wear quickly. It is extremely light in weight and could easily be dragged along if your dog so wished. If your dog is a chewer then this will be demolished in not time. We would have been extremely disappointed if we had paid full price!

Poor Quality
We purchased this item for our large dog but after 2 weeks the foam inner layer at the base started to disintegrate.
All dogs like to make a nest with their beds but unfortnately this bed was of such poor quality that it did not stand up to normal usage by our large dog.
We contacted the buyer and returned the bed and got a full refund without any quibble or hassle.

Very lightweight but strong foam material with sheepskin style cover. I have an elderly black standard poodle who jumped straight into the bed as soon as it was opened for him.
There is tons of room for him to stretch out or curl up in with room for teddys and toys as well. The high back allows him to rest his head and keep a good view of what's going on plus also keep the drafts away from him.
Overall an absolute bargain and I'm very glad I got this, well worth the money and arrived in perfect time just before Christmas.
