As stated in the description, the lead is quite thin so I wouldn't recommend it if your dog is a strong puller (mostly because with such a thin rope you are going to get terrible rope burns, it's a pretty strong rope) but it is absolutely fantastic for use during any type of training and work. My dog's training is really coming on and it's nice to be able to let her wander in the park but know that I can get control of her at any time while we work on a more reliable...
